Rev. Jennifer Canning
Rev. Jennifer was called to the pulpit of Fairview United Church in March of 2015. She was ordained in 2010 and ministered in the Maynooth-Madawaska Pastoral Charge for nearly 5 years before returning to her hometown of Brantford.
When not at the church, Jennifer can often be found with viola or choral score in her hands participating in a variety of musical ensembles across Southern Ontario.
She holds a Bachelor of Music (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Divinity from the University of Toronto.
Deborah has captivated the congregation of Fairview United Church with her musical talents since the fall of 2016. Deborah Park is a virtuoso pianist, composer, and arranger who brings her gift of music to Fairview as Music Director, organist, pianist, director of the chancel choir and the leader of the Praise Team. She holds a BA in music and obtained the ARCT and LRCM (the highest diploma) in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music.Deborah has performed in the Winners’ Recitals at Carnegie Hall in New York City. She is presently working on her Master of Sacred Music at the University of Toronto.
Lynne has been a welcoming presence in the church office since 2016. Lynne is the first person people often meet when they enter the church or if they contact the church by phone. Her smiling face and welcoming personality help people to feel at home at Fairview. Lynne is a wealth of information concerning the workings of Fairview and will assist you with any questions you may have.
Kids' Church Leader
The Children's Church Leader provides leadership on Sunday mornings for the children’s program including singing songs, bible study, crafts and much more.
Sharon has been an employee of Fairview for many years, first as Office Administrator and now in the role of Bookkeeper.
Fairview is a very busy church with a full calendar of events throughout the week. Laurie makes sure that the church is in great working order for all those who use it. Laurie welcomes feedback from the congregation to assist him in meeting their needs.
